Too many break-ins, stairways smell like pee, terrible management that ignore you, disrespect you, and rude. The complex is unsecured and anyone can walk in or drive in, loud music, people hanging out past 2 am being loud, dirty everywhere except tower 47 which is the tower they show potential tenants.

It is worth mentioning that Park la Brea is not handicapped accessible. The only entrance with a ramp leads down to the elevators in the basement and there is zero handicap parking.
